Job Description
Job Title: Director of Photography & Creative Director
Location: Haridwar Uttrakhand (OnSite FullTime)
Work Schedule: Weekends Required (FridaySunday Working) Weekday Off

QHT Hair Transplant Clinic is one of India s leading hair transplant clinics known for exceptional results and cuttingedge techniques. We have helped thousands of patients regain their confidence including celebrities like Rajpal Yadav Dayanand Shetty and many others.
We re now expanding our digital presence and looking for a Director of Photography & Creative Director to craft engaging highquality content for our YouTube and Instagram channels.This role is for a highly creative storyteller who can conceptualize direct and deliver engaging content that transforms medical procedures into compelling narratives. You ll be leading the video production for our social media platforms ensuring every piece of content is visually stunning emotionally engaging and highly shareable.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Creative Vision & Storytelling
- Develop and direct engaging content formats for YouTube Instagram Reels Shorts and podcasts.
- and edit celebrity hair transformations creating highquality content that showcases their journey.
- Conceptualize and direct minidocumentaries patient success stories and expert Q&A sessions.
- Transform complex medical procedures into exciting emotionally engaging visual stories.
2. Cinematography & Shooting
- Capture highquality video footage of surgeries consultations patient stories and celebrity transformations.
- Use cinematic techniques like timelapse slowmotion closeups and macro shots to enhance storytelling.
- Ensure optimal lighting framing and composition to create visually appealing content.
- Plan and execute celebrity and influencer shoots interviews and transformation videos.
3. Social Media Video Production & Podcast Direction
- Oversee podcast production featuring doctors celebrities and industry experts.
- Ensure content is optimized for Instagram Reels YouTube Shorts and longform YouTube videos.
- Work with editors and designers to create scrollstopping visuals and highretention content.
- Stay updated on social media trends to create viralworthy content for maximum reach.
4. PostProduction & Delivery
- Collaborate with editors to enhance content with professionalgrade color grading transitions and effects.
- Ensure videos evoke emotions engagement and brand trust.
- Oversee final output to maintain QHT s high production standards.

- A professional with strong knowledge of cinematography social media trends and medical content.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in videography cinematography or social media content production.
- Strong understanding of YouTube Instagram and podcast production.
- Experience in shooting highprofile individuals like celebrities and influencers.
- Ability to direct interviews podcasts and transformation videos with a strong storytelling approach.
- Proficiency in camera operations lighting and video editing software (Premiere Pro Final Cut DaVinci Resolve).
- Comfortable working in a surgical environment and capturing medical procedures.
