Job Description

Our client is revolutionizing AIdriven marketing technology by combining social intelligence and trends discovery with cuttingedge image generation. Their platform empowers brands to not only capture attention with AIgenerated catalog visuals but also harness realtime insights into consumer sentiment and trending topics. By transforming product images into compelling storyrich visuals and leveraging social intelligence they enable brands to stay ahead of the curve in creativity content and market relevance.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct engaging product demos for clients showcasing the features and benefits of social intelligence and trends tools.
  • Follow up regularly with clients to gather feedback understand what s working and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collect bug reports or feature requests from clients and communicate them clearly to the product team.
  • Proactively suggest solutions or temporary fixes for client issues while awaiting product updates.
  • Build strong relationships with clients ensuring high satisfaction levels and retention rates.
  • Document meeting outcomes create reports and prepare materials such as FAQs user guides and training resources.
  • Monitor client usage of the tools provide insights on how they can derive more value and identify opportunities for upselling.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the product s functionalities and be able to explain technical concepts to nontechnical users effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and quick resolution of client issues.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with senior stakeholders and big clients.
  • Experience in customer success client servicing or product support roles.
  • Solid understanding of data and analytics; ability to derive insights and explain them clearly to clients.
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms; basic knowledge of social intelligence or trends analysis tools is a plus.
  • Proactive problemsolving mindset; ability to think on your feet and resolve client issues efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing followups documentation and creating MoM.
  • Collaborative and teamoriented with the ability to work across departments.
