With Kinetic D2C brands turn emails from a static catalogues into an interactive storefront. Customers can shop review and fill out forms directly in their inbox.

Tasks
Youll join as employee #2 or #3 and become the right hand to our CEO and founding team. Your role is to make sure nothing breaks and everything moves faster.
From customer success and sales to product people and ops youll take ownership across functions and fill gaps wherever needed.
This role is perfect if you enjoy wearing multiple hats and want a front-row seat to company building. Without a doubt youll play a big part in shaping the trajectory of Kinetic.
Requirements
You are a great fit if you
- are energized by juggling multiple projects across domains.
- are extremely good at context switching without losing focus of whats important.
- communicate well and think clearly even under pressure (this requires fluency in German & English).
- strive for high ownership and push for feedback.
- move fast figure things out along the way and dont wait to be involved or saved.
- have started something before (a company side project community ...) or worked in a 0-to-1 environment.
Bonus Points for
- enough coding knowledge to talk to developers on eye-level
- managed email marketing before or worked for a D2C startup

- Compensation: 45.000 - 65.000 plus 03% - 0.5% equity
