ABOUT JOB
We are looking for an ambitious and resultsdriven Sales Executive to join our team in Beijing and other Northern China provinces. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the sales and marketing strategy for our client s gourmet product line in Northern China. This role involves promoting the company s products supporting distributors and building a strong sales network within the assigned region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the F&B sector and excellent interpersonal skills to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Responsibilities and Duties
Build and maintain relationships w/ distributors ensuring effective market penetration and sales growth.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the F&B market.
Provide technical and marketing support to customers including product demonstrations and participation in trade shows and events.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and strategic initiatives to senior management.
Monitor and report on sales performance market trends and competitive activities.
Maintain close communication with the company s headquarters in France and regional offices in Asia to align strategies and share market insights.
Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing issues and providing ongoing support.
Profile Requirements
Bachelor s degree or equivalent in Business Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the F&B or related industry.
Strong understanding of the F&B market and distribution channels in Northern China.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Mandarin is required; proficiency in English or French is a plus.
Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region and internationally when needed.
