Job Description

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute the national sales strategy for the NVH business ensuring alignment with overall company
objectives.
Team Management: Lead mentor and motivate a high-performing team of sales service and testing professionals (approx. 8-10 members).
Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed national sales targets for NVH instrumentation solutions and testing services.
Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers in target industries (Automotive Aerospace Engineering R&D).
Business Development: Identify new market opportunities applications and strategic partnerships to expand NVH business footprint.
Service & Testing Operations Oversight: Ensure efficient and high-quality delivery of NVH testing and after-sales service integrating seamlessly with
sales efforts.
Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends competitor activities and technological advancements in the NVH space to inform strategy.
Reporting: Provide regular and accurate sales forecasts pipeline reports and market insights to the CEO.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
National Sales Revenue (NVH Products & Services)
Market Share Growth in key NVH segments
New Customer Acquisition
Customer Retention Rate & Satisfaction (NVH)
Profitability of NVH business unit
Team Sales Performance & Productivity
Candidate Evaluation Criteria:

Demonstrated ability to drive national sales and achieve ambitious targets in a technical or specialized engineering domain.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing diverse sales and service teams.
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect at senior management levels.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
Experience:

Minimum 7-10 years of experience in sales management with a significant portion in a national role within engineering products test & measurement or
related B2B industries. Experience in NVH or a highly technical instrumentation sales is a significant plus.
