objectives.
Team Management: Lead mentor and motivate a high-performing team of sales service and testing professionals (approx. 8-10 members).
Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed national sales targets for NVH instrumentation solutions and testing services.
Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers in target industries (Automotive Aerospace Engineering R&D).
Business Development: Identify new market opportunities applications and strategic partnerships to expand NVH business footprint.
Service & Testing Operations Oversight: Ensure efficient and high-quality delivery of NVH testing and after-sales service integrating seamlessly with
sales efforts.
Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends competitor activities and technological advancements in the NVH space to inform strategy.
Reporting: Provide regular and accurate sales forecasts pipeline reports and market insights to the CEO.

Candidate Evaluation Criteria:
Demonstrated ability to drive national sales and achieve ambitious targets in a technical or specialized engineering domain.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing diverse sales and service teams.

Experience:
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in sales management with a significant portion in a national role within engineering products test & measurement or
related B2B industries. Experience in NVH or a highly technical instrumentation sales is a significant plus.
