Job Description

Sales Supervisor

Location: Nagaon

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Supervisor to lead and manage a team of 10-12 field promoters in Nagaon. This role requires strong leadership reporting and communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing team performance ensuring timely submission of sales and attendance reports and maintaining high standards of outlet displays.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor a team of 10-12 field promoters.
  • Track and manage team attendance and performance.
  • Collect and analyze sales data creating comprehensive reports.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with outlet display standards.
  • Collaborate with field promoters to achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on team performance and sales.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (102).
  • Possession of a valid drivers license and personal two-wheeler.
  • Personal laptop.
  • Proficiency in basic MS Office applications (Word Excel).
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role (preferred).
