We are seeking a highly motivated Oncology Medical Representative to promote and sell oncologyrelated pharmaceutical products therapies and medical solutions to healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong scientific background excellent sales skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with oncologists healthcare institutions and key stakeholders.
Sales & Business Development
Promote oncology pharmaceutical products and medical treatments to oncologists hospitals cancer centers and healthcare providers.
Achieve sales targets and expand market share in the assigned territory.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Medical & Scientific Engagement
Provide scientific and clinical information on oncology treatments to healthcare professionals.
Stay updated with the latest oncology research treatment advancements and competitive landscape.
Conduct product presentations CME (Continuing Medical Education) programs and workshops for doctors and medical staff.
Customer Relationship Management
Develop and maintain longterm relationships with oncologists hospital administrators and other stakeholders.
Act as a trusted advisor by addressing customer inquiries and providing product insights.
Gather and analyze feedback from healthcare professionals to improve sales strategies.
Compliance & Regulatory Adherence
Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines industry standards and company policies.
Maintain ethical sales practices and adhere to pharmacovigilance regulations.
Submit reports on market trends competitor activities and sales performance.
Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Pharmacy Life Sciences Biotechnology or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales preferably in oncology or specialty medicines.
Strong understanding of oncology drugs chemotherapy immunotherapy and targeted therapies.
Proven track record in sales customer relationship management and business development.
Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulations and compliance requirements (FDA EMA etc.).
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team
Analytical mindset with strong market research and strategic planning skills
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
