Job Description
Step into an exciting role where you ll be the voice behind our client s premium customer experience handling emailbased support for passionate collectors and enthusiasts. Using modern support platforms you ll manage customer inquiries with precision and care ensuring each interaction maintains the high standards our client s customers expect. This position offers stable yearround employment with opportunities for growth during peak seasons particularly during the exciting holiday rush.
Responsibilities
- Handling customer email tickets via Zendesk including inquiries related to orders deliveries returns stock availability and general support
- Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Maintaining response times within 48 working hours per ticket
- Process 5080 email tickets daily during offpeak periods
- Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction levels
- Generate weekly performance reports on resolution rates and response times
- Collaborate with parttime staff for coverage
- Ensure timely helpful and friendly email support for our customers
- Escalating complex issues to Infinity Collectables internal team where appropriate
- Providing weekly reports covering key metrics (response times resolution rates CSAT etc.)
Requirements
- Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk Salesforce or similar platforms)
- Strong written English communication skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining quality standards
- Experience in customer service or support roles
- Comfortable with performance metrics and reporting
