Job Title: Business Development Representative
Department: Sales
Reports To: Sales Manager
Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive our sales growth. The ideal candidate will be a Zoho One power user proficient in leveraging Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns to identify qualify and nurture leads. This individual will play a key role in setting up highlevel meetings managing extensive data and supporting the sales team to achieve recordbreaking results. The BDR will also be adept at using graphics videos and digital publishing to enhance outreach and engagement efforts.
Responsibilities:
Zoho One Proficiency: Utilize Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns daily to manage and track leads automate outreach and optimize the sales process.
Lead Generation and Qualification: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels including cold outreach networking and inbound lead followup.
Meeting Setup: Schedule highquality meetings between qualified leads and the sales team.
Data Management and Analysis: Manage large amounts of data within Zoho CRM identify trends and provide actionable insights to the sales team.
Sales Process Execution: Follow a proven methodology for onboarding new customers ensuring a smooth transition from lead to close.
Sales Support: Assist the sales department in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Content Creation: Create compelling graphics videos and digital content to support marketing and sales initiatives.
Lead FollowUp: Diligently follow up with all potential leads in a timely and effective manner.
Qualifications:
Zoho One Expertise: Deep understanding of Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns functionalities with a proven ability to use these tools to drive sales.
Business Development Experience: Proven track record of success in a business development or sales role.
Lead Generation Skills: Strong ability to generate leads through various methods.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Data Analysis Skills: Ability to analyze data identify trends and make datadriven recommendations.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales and marketing tools.
Content Creation Skills: Experience in creating graphics videos and digital content is a plus.
Education: Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with other Zoho applications.
Knowledge of sales methodologies.
Familiarity with digital marketing principles.
