Job Description
We are seeking an accomplished and strategicSales Managerto lead commercial operations for theRuminants Business Unitacross the BENELUX region. This is a key leadership role within a globally respected researchdriven organization in the animal health industry.
As Sales Manager you will:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to a team of Territory Managers
- Drive sustainable growth through key account development and valuebased selling
- Collaborate crossfunctionally to align commercial strategy with business objectives
- Represent the company as a trusted partner to stakeholders in the livestock sector
Your Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership within animal health or livestock production
- Academic background in Veterinary Medicine Agriculture or Business (MBA preferred)
- Proven ability to lead teams manage complex accounts and deliver commercial results
- Fluent in Dutch French and English
