Job Overview
The Marketing Manager will lead the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives for our off-road vehicle accessory company based in Utah. This role is integral to driving brand awareness customer engagement and sales growth through innovative and effective marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives and target market demographics.
Brand Management: Maintain and enhance brand identity through consistent messaging and visual representation across all channels.
Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO SEM social media email marketing and content creation.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends customer needs and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
Team Leadership: Lead mentor and manage future marketing teams to achieve goals and foster a collaborative work environment.
Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget allocate resources efficiently and ensure financial targets are met.
Performance Metrics: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics generate reports and provide actionable insights.
Partnerships and Collaborations: Develop and maintain partnerships with key industry players influencers and other stakeholders.
Event Planning: Plan and execute marketing events trade shows and promotional activities to boost visibility and engagement.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience with at least 1 year in a leadership role; experience in the outdoor industry is highly desirable.
Skills: Strong analytical strategic thinking and project management skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in marketing software digital tools and data analytics platforms.
Creativity: Demonstrated ability to develop creative marketing campaigns that drive engagement and sales.
Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve high performance.
