In this role you will working as an HR Managerfor a client that works in the HVAC/MEP Industry. This position will be responsible for responsible for the overall management of the Human Resources department including all aspects of employee recruitment selection onboarding training development performance management compensation and benefits employee relations and workplace safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices as well as experience in a variety of HR functions.
This position is a CONTRACT TO POSSIBLE PERM role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked ONSITE.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors in Human Resources Business Admin or related field required.
- 5 years of Human Resources Management
- Proficient with office software and equipment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of employmentrelated laws and regulations
- Strong attention to detail in all administrative tasks
- Knowledge of construction industry a plus
