Summary of Job Duties:

The Purchasing Card Analyst (Fiscal Support Analyst) will work in the Business Office with Purchasing and Accounts Payable. Primary duties will include a heavy focus on auditing procurement card verifications for compliance with state and UADA policies and procedures development of post audit processes and guidelines assist with purchasing card administration research related policies and regulations work with vendors and employees on related questions crosstrain with Procurement and Accounts Payable as needed and provide training and guidance to endusers as necessary.

This position is governed by Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) state and federal laws and institution policy.

Regular reliable and nondisruptive attendance is an essential job duty as is the ability to create and maintain collegial harmonious working relationships with others.


Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

The formal education equivalent of a bachelors degree in general business finance or a related field. OTHER JOB RELATED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE MAY BE SUBSTITUTED FOR ALL OR PART OF THESE BASIC REQUIREMENTS EXCEPT FOR CERTIFICATION OR LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS UPON APPROVAL OF THE QUALIFICATIONS REVIEW COMMITTEE.

Preferred Qualifications

* Two years of professional related work experience

* Workday financials experience

* Higher Education or State Government experience

* Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
