Interested Take a look below to understand what youll be doing as Application Support Analyst:

• Monitoring and logging application events system failures and alerts across business-critical IT systems.
• Providing first-line support and incident resolution escalating only where necessary.
• Triage and troubleshoot unexpected alerts using leading monitoring tools like AppDynamics and AWS CloudWatch.
• Supporting system access service restarts and essential monthly maintenance tasks.
• Maintaining and updating our internal Knowledge Base with repeat procedures and known fixes.
• Contributing to weekly feedback loops identifying recurring issues and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Acting as the single point of IT support out-of-hours including handling user access requests and high-priority incidents.
• Collaborating with Duty Managers to ensure timely effective communication on live issues.

• Degree qualified or equivalent experience in an IT-related field.
• Experience in system operation or application support in a live environment.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
• Working knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g. AppDynamics CloudWatch).
• Experience writing and executing SQL scripts.
• Confident using command line interfaces and understanding system behaviour.
• Awareness of ITIL processes and SLAs.
• Familiar with collaboration and documentation tools like Jira and Confluence.
