Were looking for a strategic Sr. Marketing Manager to own and optimize the onboarding and lifecycle engagement strategy across critical customer moments for small business customers. You will develop multichannel experiences (email push onsite and more) to guide these customers toward deeper adoption and longterm success. This is a highly crossfunctional role requiring collaboration with Tech Product Acquisition and Central Marketing teams to build seamless highimpact experiences.

Key job responsibilities
Own the global strategy for driving awareness understanding and adoption of key Amazon Business features.

Develop and execute multichannel marketing campaigns (email inproduct messaging web etc.) to drive engagement and longterm usage.

Optimize onboarding and customer lifecycle experiences by collaborating with Product Tech and Marketing teams to deliver highimpact engagement moments.

Champion the customer experience by ensuring frictionless adoption pathways and seamless integration of features into customer workflows.

Translate insights into actionanalyze customer behavior engagement trends and campaign performance to refine strategies at scale.

Define and own success metricsestablish measurement frameworks testing plans and key performance indicators to track adoption and impact.

Work strategically and tacticallybalance highlevel planning with handson execution ensuring both bold ideas and operational excellence.

Continuously experiment and optimizetest new marketing approaches and engagement methods to maximize impact.

Ensure scalability and efficiency by developing repeatable datadriven processes for measuring and improving campaign performance.

Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fastpaced environment.

Adapt global strategies to meet local needs identify countryspecific nuances that require tailored approaches to maximize adoption and engagement.

About the team
This role sits within the Customer Lifecycle and Adoption team within Amazon Business. We are a crossfunctional team of Marketers and Product Managers driving value realization and engagement of highvalue actions throughout the customer journey.

5 years of professional noninternship marketing experience
Experience building executing and scaling crossfunctional marketing programs
Experience with customer segmentation profiling and targeting
Experience with A/B Testing or MultiVariate Testing or both
Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
Experience communicating results to stakeholders

7 years of professional noninternship marketing experience
Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
Experience prior success in driving execution of largescale project plans with multiple teams in support of business goals
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
