An HR Specialist plays a vital role in supporting key human resources functions such as recruitment onboarding benefits administration and employee relations. They ensure compliance with labor laws while maintaining accurate HR records and providing daytoday support to employees and managers. With strong organizational and communication skills HR Specialists help create a positive and productive workplace culture.
Support fullcycle recruitment efforts: job postings screening scheduling and onboarding
Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
Assist in administering benefits leave and company policies
Provide frontline support for employee relations inquiries escalating complex issues as needed
Ensure HR processes are compliant with local state and federal regulations
Participate in performance management and employee engagement initiatives
Assist with training coordination reporting and special projects as assigned
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
2 years of experience in HR or related administrative role
Working knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS systems
Strong interpersonal organizational and problemsolving skills
