We are hiring Data Entry Specialists on behalf of our partner companies. The ideal candidate will be highly organized detail-oriented and able to manage large volumes of data with speed and accuracy. If you have a knack for precision and a passion for administrative efficiency this role is for you.
Accurately input update and maintain data across various platforms or databases
Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy
Generate reports and summaries as required
Organize electronic files and maintain digital records
Communicate with team members or supervisors to resolve discrepancies
Perform routine data cleanup and maintenance tasks
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data securely
High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelor s degree preferred)
Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles
Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Excel Google Sheets or similar tools
Comfortable working independently or in remote teams
Basic knowledge of data security and privacy best practices
Experience working with CRM ERP or database systems
Prior experience in fintech healthcare or e-commerce environments
Familiarity with cloud-based document systems (e.g. Google Drive SharePoint)
