Job Description

We are hiring Data Entry Specialists on behalf of our partner companies. The ideal candidate will be highly organized detail-oriented and able to manage large volumes of data with speed and accuracy. If you have a knack for precision and a passion for administrative efficiency this role is for you.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input update and maintain data across various platforms or databases

  • Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy

  • Generate reports and summaries as required

  • Organize electronic files and maintain digital records

  • Communicate with team members or supervisors to resolve discrepancies

  • Perform routine data cleanup and maintenance tasks

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data securely


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelor s degree preferred)

  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles

  • Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Proficient in MS Excel Google Sheets or similar tools

  • Comfortable working independently or in remote teams

  • Basic knowledge of data security and privacy best practices


Nice to Have

  • Experience working with CRM ERP or database systems

  • Prior experience in fintech healthcare or e-commerce environments

  • Familiarity with cloud-based document systems (e.g. Google Drive SharePoint)
