About the Opportunity

DASA is looking for a fulltime Service Manager NonResidential Services based in Alice Springs NT.

This important leadership role reports directly to the Therapeutic Lead and oversees a range of critical communityfocused programs. The Service Manager will provide strategic direction lead culturally responsive teams and ensure compliance with bestpractice models and Quality Improvement Council standards.

About You

To qualify you will need a Diploma in Community Services AOD Mental Health or Human Services and experience in a leadership or management role in a similar sector. A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) is highly desirable.

Additionally the following skills and background will be highly valued:
