We are seeking a friendly detail-oriented and solutions-driven Customer Service Representative to join our this role you will be the first point of contact for customers providing exceptional service and support via phone email chat and social media. You will handle inquiries resolve issues and ensure a positive customer experience that reflects our brand values.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels (phone email chat).
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying issues determining the cause and offering solutions.
Process orders forms applications and requests accurately.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.
Positive attitude patience and empathy.
