About the Role
FERTILITY ADVICE COORDINATOR
FULL TIME
NEWSTEAD
This role would suit an individual who has a genuine interest in fertility or womens health. You will be working in our Brisbane head office call centre where you will be processing enquiries from patients and assisting with booking appointments.
Skills And Experiences
You will be patientfocused compassionate supportive and a team culture promoter.
Ideally you will bring the following to the role:
- Min 2years experience in the health industry or a call centre environment
- Highly Effective Communication and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to engage with patients and clinicians
- A willingness to embrace City Fertilitys Mission and Values
- Demonstrated administration experience andmentoring skills
- Conflict resolution and grievance selfmanagement
- Basic to Intermediate understanding of Womens Health or Fertility
- Teamwork Skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Problemsolving critical thinking decision maker
- Excellent time management
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Experience in the field of ART (IVF) (advantageous)
- Positive Self Awareness and ability to selfassess
