Role: Data Coordinator with Oracle ERP Suite

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Coordinator with hands-on experience in the Oracle ERP Suite to manage maintain and coordinate critical business data. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring data integrity across ERP modules such as Supply Chain Inventory Finance and Procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for data entry updates and validation within the Oracle ERP system.
- Manage master data (materials vendors customers pricing etc.) in accordance with business standards.
- Perform routine audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with finance procurement supply chain and IT teams to support business operations and reporting.
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
- Document and maintain data governance processes and SOPs.
- Assist in ERP upgrades testing and new module rollouts.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3 years of experience as a Data Coordinator or Analyst.
- Strong working knowledge of Oracle ERP Suite
- Experience managing master data in modules like Inventory Procurement and Finance.
- Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP pivot tables formulas).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion) is a plus.
- Knowledge of data governance and data lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with supply chain or finance operations.
