- Be mentored and supported to obtain your Certificate III by our experienced team of Educators
- Parttime working 48 hrs per fortnight including dedicated noncontact study time

Your new role
As an Early Childhood Trainee Certificate III Educator you will gain handson experience and knowledge in early childhood education while working under the supervision of experienced childcare professionals. This role is designed to provide practical training and support towards obtaining a formal qualification in the Early Years Sector. You will assist in the daytoday operations of the childcare centre ensuring a safe nurturing and educational environment for young children.
You will also be wellsupported in your role by our Education Leader/ECT and Service Leader who will mentor and support you through your learning journey.

Your skills and experience
We are looking for motivated selfstarters who like using their initiative and feel confident to work in a new team and work environment.
You will also have:
- Current First Aid CPR Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates or willingness to obtain them.
- Current Employee Working with Children Check
