Employment Type: Full-Time - 8 hour shifts

Are you a passionate clinician ready to make a meaningful impact on young lives Childrens Friend is seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Clinician to support the social-emotional well-being of children in our Preschool Head Start and Early Head Start programs.

As a key member of our Support Team youll play a central role in assessing supporting and advocating for children with mental health needs or developmental concernshelping them build brighter futures from the very beginning.

What Youll Do:

• Provide assessments diagnoses and therapeutic support for young children.

• Observe and assist in classrooms coaching staff with mental health strategies.

• Deliver therapeutic services including intake and enrollment for programs like Kids Connect.

• Collaborate with DCYF healthcare providers educators and other community agencies.

• Offer supervision and professional development to teaching team members.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure timely service coordination.

You Bring:

• A Masters degree in Social Work Mental Health Counseling or related field.

• License-eligible status or active pursuit of licensure.

• Knowledge of preschool child development and classroom dynamics.

• Strong communication time management and collaboration skills.

• A valid drivers license personal vehicle and insurance coverage.
