• Help customers improve their lives Analyze customers current water quality and provide tailored solutions to enhance their homes and wellbeing.
• Build lasting relationships Develop trust with customers and become their goto expert for water quality needs.
• Work in a Collaborative Environment Communicate effectively with management service/installation teams and customer service to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Unlock Growth Opportunities Proactively seek out and generate new business to drive success for yourself and your dealership.
• Stay on Track for Success Report sales activities and progress daily and weekly to stay focused on goals and achievements.

• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven record of accomplishment in sales.
• Strong networking communication and presentation skills.
• Able to adapt to individual customer need.
• High school diploma/(GED) required bachelors degree preferred.
• A Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• Within a 90day training period earn your Culligan Sales License.
• Ability to lift 50lbs bend twist kneel crawl and sit for long periods.
