We are currently looking Sr. Consultant CSM Onsite Support for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE
- Minimum of eight years of Level 3/TAC level of support experience with debugging diagnosing and troubleshooting skillsets of the domains listed
- Level 3 experience with NOC Monitoring tools Such as OBM NNMi APM SiteScope SolarWinds Zabbix
- Application Maintenance of Microfocus Applications (OpsBridge NNMi Network Automation OPTIC Reporting Etc).
- Level 3 Experience in OBM/OMi NNMi iSPIs OPTIC OBR APM SiteScope Network Automation Service Manager BVD UCMDB BPM &RUM
- Scripting/Programming on PERL SHELL VB PowerShell Kusto Python
- Databases Experience in MS SQL Oracle Sybase IQ Postgres Vertica
- Wellversed with networking tools such as traffic generators analysers etc.
- Application Fine Tuning and Enhancement (Especially NNMi Ops Bridge & OBR NPS BVD Site scope Airwave etc)
- Experience of managing technical resources onsite and coordination between customer and the delivery team.
- Proven communication skills with multiple levels of an organization including interaction with internal/external senior level business stakeholders.
- ITIL Awareness
- High level of IT literacy.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
- BE/ Degree or equivalent in years of progressive experience in Service Provider environments.
- Flexibility in work hours when needed.
