Main responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a leadership model supported by a comprehensive leadership development framework
- Cocreate and deliver tailored leadership programs with senior leaders such as the internal Allegro MBA program Lead Forward.
- Operationalize leadership assessment tools (e.g. 360 Feedback Harrison Assessments) to diagnose and enhance leadership effectiveness organizationwide.
- Provide expert advice and consultation to leadership and learning & development partners on program design leadership growth strategies and training initiatives.
- Create structured leadership learning pathways that align with job families and include standardized scalable content for leadership development.
- Stay informed of emerging trends research and best practices in leadership development. Always bring market benchmark to proposed solutions

- You have a background in consulting (people transformation leadership topics) or in a large international organization with scalable solutions.
- You bring market knowledge of leadership programs and models and enjoy researching proposing and building effective development strategies.
- You can work independently while collaborating closely with teams and senior stakeholders; youre confident in negotiation and influencing.
- Youre businessdriven proactive and take full ownership of your work.
- Youre comfortable with a mix of strategic and operational tasks including vendor management contracting and coordination (with some ops support).
- You create clear engaging PowerPoint presentations and can effectively visualize and communicate concepts.
- Youre a team player with a positive constructive mindset open to feedback and collaboration.
