We are seeking a highly motivated Leadership Development Associate to join our growing this role you will support the design implementation and execution of our leadership training programs helping shape the future of our organization by developing the next generation of leaders. Responsibilities
Assist in creating and delivering leadership training and development programs
Partner with department heads to identify growth needs and performance gaps
Facilitate workshops mentorship programs and team-building initiatives
Analyze program effectiveness through feedback surveys and performance data
Contribute to talent succession planning and employee development frameworks
Maintain training records and assist in onboarding leadership hires
Research industry trends and recommend enhancements to our development strategy
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Organizational Development Business Administration or related field
13 years of experience in training HR or leadership development preferred
Strong communication facilitation and interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of LMS platforms is a plus
