Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Leadership Development Associate to join our team in Los this role you will support and implement programs that identify train and develop high-potential leaders across various departments. This is a pivotal role for someone passionate about organizational development and career progression strategies.
Responsibilities
Assist in designing and executing leadership training programs and development initiatives
Conduct assessments to identify leadership potential and training needs
Collaborate with department heads to align development plans with business goals
Facilitate workshops seminars and mentoring sessions
Track progress and performance metrics of leadership candidates
Stay informed on leadership trends tools and best practices
Prepare reports and recommendations for senior leadership
Support diversity equity and inclusion efforts within development initiatives
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Psychology or related field
13 years of experience in leadership development talent management or a similar role
Strong presentation communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and presentation tools
Analytical mindset and a passion for people development
