We are searching for a skilled Human Resources Manager who will enhance and oversee the HR functions of our organization. This position revolves around effective management of recruitment employee relations performance management and compliance with labor laws. Job PurposeThe goal of the HR Manager is to oversee manage and enhance various HR functions. This involves strategic decisionmaking conflict resolution and facilitating effective employee relations. The incumbent will also have an important role in managing performance measurements and maintaining compliance with labor laws.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Oversee and enhance the organizations HR functions.
- Manage recruitment processes employee relations and performance management systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills in managing relationships with employees and stakeholders.
- Apply strategic thinking and conflict resolution skills in managing various challenges in the HR function.
- Utilize skills in data analysis and HR software for decisionmaking and reporting.
