We are searching for a skilled Human Resources Manager who will enhance and oversee the HR functions of our organization. This position revolves around effective management of recruitment employee relations performance management and compliance with labor laws. As an integral part of our organization you will help in ensuring productivity and the overall happiness of our employees.
Job PurposeThe goal of the HR Manager is to oversee manage and enhance various HR functions. This involves strategic decisionmaking conflict resolution and facilitating effective employee relations. The incumbent will also have an important role in managing performance measurements and maintaining compliance with labor laws.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Oversee and enhance the organizations HR functions.
- Manage recruitment processes employee relations and performance management systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills in managing relationships with employees and stakeholders.
- Apply strategic thinking and conflict resolution skills in managing various challenges in the HR function.
- Utilize skills in data analysis and HR software for decisionmaking and reporting.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in HR management.
- Strong knowledge in recruitment processes and employee relations.
- Excellent understanding of performance management systems.
- Solid understanding and knowledge of labor law compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking abilities.
- Proven ability to resolve conflicts efficiently.
