About the Company
Our client is a global leader in the commodities trading and agribusiness sector. The Singapore office functions with a lean structure emphasizing teamwork trust and reliability. As part of a succession plan the company is seeking a grounded and capable HR Generalist to join the HR team and support its growing needs.
The Role
This is a handson HR generalist role for someone who thrives in operational values stability and is looking for a supportive environment. Youll be part of a collaborative team and report directly to the APAC HR Director managing the full employee lifecycle and supporting a variety of HR functions including:
- HR operations (onboarding offboarding employee changes)
- Payroll coordination and benefits administration
- Recruitment and onboarding coordination
- Performance management tracking and support
- HR policy implementation and employee relations
- Compliance audits and documentation
About You
- A minimum of 5 years of generalist HR experience preferably in multinational companies
- Wellversed in Singapore employment law and HR processes
- Strong administrative coordination and stakeholder communication skills
- Holds a degree in Human Resources or related field
- Only open to candidates who do not require employment sponsorship
