Job Description

HR Consultant

Location: Phoenix AZ 85007 (Hybrid)

6 Months Contract

Rate: $38/Hour on W2

95% Remote 5% Onsite

Local Only Candidates
Candidates must be local at time of submission and available for in person interviews within 1 week of the posting close date.
Candidates must also be able to start within 2 weeks of an offer being made.

Job Description:

Position Description

95% Remote 5% Onsite - this role will be required to come onsite for NEOs (though this is a rotating schedule and they will not need to be onsite for every orientation). This schedule will be worked out once the candidate is hired.

Required Skills - Knowledge of Google Suite HR practices and employment laws conducting ER related investigations reviewing ER matters familiarity with FMLA ADA etc.
Must have 4 years of experience in HR practices/ER investigations.
Preferred Skills - bachelors degree certifications listed on the job description
This is a VERY hands-on role as this employee will be tasked with other administrative duties as necessary as well.
