Job Responsiblities:
  • HRM - Strategic planning aligned with org goal & objectives
  • Talent Acquisition - Requisition Sourcing Interviewing Selection offer appointment letter Joining formalities Induction new joinees
  • Employee Relations - Hire to Retire all correspondence Confimation transfer Experience letter Relieving Exit Full & final Settlement
  • Training & Development - Learning Need Identification Training plan Training budget Execute plan Evaluation and Effectivenes of trainings as per ISO requirements
  • Employee Engagement Activities- Employee welfare calendar Sports and cultural events plan budget and monitor execution as per plan
  • Compensation & Benefits - Time office Payroll for blue collor and staff employees.
  • Performance Mgt System End to end process KPI Score card Increment letter Salary revisions
  • Policy development -Preparing & Updating HR policies OC chart updation
  • Workforce planning as per current & Future needs
  • Succession planning - Identifying & developing leaders within organisation
  • HR Metrics - Analyse HR data for Informed decisions
  • Managing HR dept Budget - Welfare and employee engagement activities
  • Employee Benefits - Annual Health Check up GMC GPA GTL policies renewal add /delete and claim support
  • New /Change / End of employment - information to IT dept for managing desktop./ email id to employees
  • IR Statutory Compliance & Union Management.
