Job Summary:
As a Senior Services Account Management Officer you will be the primary point of contact for key clients ensuring highquality service delivery and operational excellence. You will manage SLA performance drive service improvements and identify business opportunities within the electronic payments domain. This role requires a balance of technical acumen client relationship management and governance oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop strong relationships with key clients.
Monitor SLA/KPI compliance and produce performance reports.
Act as the escalation point for critical client issues.
Lead client service governance meetings.
Identify service improvement areas and growth opportunities.
Ensure adherence to contractual and regulatory standards.
Required Competencies:
Technical & Industry Knowledge
Expertise in transaction processing and SLA/KPI management.
Deep understanding of the electronic payment industry.
Skilled in negotiation client management and business writing.
