Job Description
We are currently looking for a Sr. Magento Developer for one of our esteemed local clients. The ideal candidate would bring expertise innovation and quality to our Magento projects while mentoring junior team members and ensuring industry best practices are followed.

Tasks
- Lead the end-to-end development of Magento 2 projects
- Build custom themes modules and integrations
- Collaborate with the design and frontend team to ensure seamless user experience
- Optimize websites for speed scalability and performance
- Debug and resolve technical issues and bugs efficiently
- Integrate with third-party systems (ERP CRM shipping APIs etc.)
- Participate in code reviews and provide technical mentorship
- Maintain documentation and ensure code quality
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and updates in the Magento ecosystem
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- or in Computer Science or related subject from a reputed university.
- Skills Required: HTML JavaScript MySQL PHP ReactJS Test Driven Development (TDD) Zend Framework
Experience:
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- At least 5 years of commercial experience of working with Magento.
- Strong background on PHP.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Magento 2 development.
- Deep knowledge of MySQL Modern HTML/CSS JavaScript (React / jQuery).
- Zend Framework 2.
- Unit Testing (TDD).
- Strong understanding of Magentos architecture and coding standards.
- Experience with custom module development and theme customization.
- Proficient with REST and SOAP APIs GraphQL is a plus.
Additional Requirements:
- Working with Hyva theme is a plus
- Experience with Python
- Experience with RESTful APIs
- Experience with AWS Docker and Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience with Git Composer and deployment pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug independently.
