About the Opportunity:
Join a dynamic and growth-focused financial institution as our next Commercial Loan Officer in Broomfield Colorado. This is an exciting opportunity to manage and grow an existing commercial loan portfolio while delivering outstanding client service and supporting local businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand a portfolio of commercial/business lending clients
- Develop new business through proactive networking and relationship building
- Analyze financial statements assess creditworthiness and structure loan packages
- Underwrite approve and close commercial loans in accordance with policy and regulatory standards
- Monitor loan performance and manage risk within the portfolio
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and client satisfaction
Requirements
- 3 5 years of experience in commercial or business lending
- Proven track record of sales and portfolio growth
- Strong credit analysis and underwriting skills
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationship management abilities
- Bachelor s degree in finance business or a related field preferred
