- Role Development: Use AI content tools to create and refine job descriptions that are clear inclusive and aligned with organizational needs.
- Candidate Engagement: Generate and personalize outreach emails using AI templates to engage passive candidates across platforms like Naukri Foundit and LinkedIn.
- Smart Sourcing: Employ AIpowered sourcing tools to identify qualified talent from various online databases and professional networks.
- Resume Screening: Utilize AI screening systems to efficiently assess and rank resumes based on relevant skills and qualifications.
- AIAided Interviews: Conduct interviews via multiple channels supported by AI features like sentiment analysis facial recognition and automated notes.
- Candidate Assessment: Distribute AIgenerated tests to evaluate language reasoning and numerical aptitude in a standardized unbiased manner.
- Job Ad Optimization: Publish and manage job postings using AI to enhance visibility and performance across career sites and social platforms.
- Applicant Matching: Use AIenabled CRMs to match candidates to open roles and share qualified profiles with hiring managers.
- Offer Automation: Send automated offer letters and handle candidate queries through AIpowered chatbots improving response speed and consistency.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key hiring metrics using AI dashboards to optimize recruitment strategies and reduce timetohire.
- Workforce Planning: Collaborate with management using AI forecasting tools to anticipate and plan future hiring needs.
- Digital Onboarding: Support new hires through AIdriven onboarding systems for a smooth engaging introduction to the organization.
Requirements
- Masters degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field
- Strong verbal as well as nonverbal communication skills
- Exceptional timemanagement and organizational skills
- Professionally confident with the ability to connect and influence at all levels internal and external.
- Ability to work in a multi reporting line structure.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office: Word Excel PowerPoint
- Positive attitude & good team player
- Demonstrated ability to analyses and resolve problems.
Nice to Have:
- Sound knowledge of all HR processes (e.g. recruitment onboarding training talent management etc.)
- Knowledge of ATS with integrated AI features.
- Knowledge of using Canva.
- Experience with resume databases ATS and referral programs
- Sound knowledge of fullcycle recruiting
