We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Intern HR & Admin to join our team in Malaysia. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in office administration support services and organizational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily administrative tasks such as filing data entry and document management.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Help maintain and organize office records both physical and digital.
- Liase with building management local government agencies vendors and any external parties as and when required.
- Assist in internal communication and coordination across departments.
- Support the preparation of reports presentations and spreadsheets.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.
What Youll Bring:
- Undergraduate student in Business Administration Business Management or any related field.
- Available for a full-time internship for a minimum of 3 months.
- Willing to travel (within Klang Valley).
- Strong desire to learn with a sense of ownership.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel.
- Preferably Male.
