We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Manager to join our team in Hoa L Vietnam. As a Revenue Manager you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing revenue optimisation strategies to drive our organisations financial performance and growth.
- Develop and execute innovative revenue management strategies to maximise profitability
- Analyse market trends competitor pricing and demand patterns to inform pricing decisions
- Manage inventory and distribution channels to optimise revenue across all segments
- Collaborate with sales marketing and operations teams to align revenue strategies
- Generate accurate forecasts and budgets to support strategic decisionmaking
- Prepare and present comprehensive revenue performance reports to senior management
- Identify new revenue opportunities and propose initiatives to capitalise on them
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate revenue strategies
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of revenue data in all systems
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in revenue management
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in revenue management preferably in the hospitality or related industry
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights
- Proficiency in revenue management systems and data analysis tools (e.g. Excel SQL)
- Excellent knowledge of pricing strategies and distribution channel management
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
- Collaborative approach with experience working across multiple departments
- Innovative mindset to develop creative solutions for revenue optimisation
- Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic fastpaced environment
