We are looking for a fulltime permanent Team Lead Data Center Provisioning (all genders) to start as soon as possible. We live remotefirst but you can choose whether you want to work hybrid or entirely onsite depending on your proximity to one of our locations.
You will ensure that the right amount of the right hardware is available at the right time and in the right place. In doing so you will not only ensure smooth operations but also contribute directly to customer satisfaction. Our customers rely on their hosting services being provided quickly and reliably. You have a direct influence on this through your decisions and not just by setting up a server yourself from time to time. In this role you will lead a team of several people and have an overview of our global infrastructure.
Capacity planning is your daily business: you ensure that servers and spare parts are ready for use worldwide at the right time. You manage remote hands teams across different time zones optimize processes and ensure that every step is taken correctly. Process management and design are essential here you analyze existing processes identify potential for optimization and ensure that our processes keep pace with the growth of the company.
Even if your focus is on planning and control you are knowledgeable enough to evaluate hardware conduct tests and select the best components for our infrastructure. Data analysis helps you make informed decisions avoid bottlenecks and make processes even more efficient.

What convinces us
Your personality combined with:
- Training as an IT specialist for system integration or similar
- Several years of professional experience (e.g. as a System Administrator oder System Engineer) in a similar (large) environment
- Good Linux knowledge and experience in automation
- Strong coordination skills
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- First management experience (desirable)
