Educational Qualification: Completed second year of college or a college graduate
Work Experience:
- 2 to 3 years of experience as a Team Lead in a sales line of business (mandatory)
- Experience managing KPIs related to sales quotas for various products
- Strong skills in handling objections effectively
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Management: Lead motivate and coach a team of travel sales agents to meet and surpass sales targets. This includes hiring training and developing team members.
- Sales Performance & Strategy: Track and analyze sales performance identify improvement areas and develop strategies to boost profitability and meet goals. This may involve setting sales plans monitoring trends and preparing sales reports.
- Customer Service & Operations: Ensure the team delivers excellent customer service provides expert travel advice and offers tailored solutions while managing and resolving customer issues and complaints.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with other departments such as operations and product development to ensure smooth service delivery and alignment of goals. Maintaining effective communication and relationships with clients and vendors is also essential.
