Job Description
- The Integrated Operations Centre (IOC) executes the network schedule across Australia and the world and focuses on achieving the optimum customer experience through mitigating the daily challenges that occur such as weather.
- Contribute directly to the success of Qantas in an IOC Senior Leadership role where you will have a focus on operational excellence strategy and continuous improvement.

- Fulltime permanent position based in Mascot Sydney

As the Senior Manager Operations Delivery you will have responsibility for the daytoday leadership of the IOC team that executes the network schedule based on the challenges of the day whilst also setting up tomorrows success. This role is central to driving operational excellence achieving ontime performance targets minimising the impacts of delays and disruptions while enhancing the overall customer experience. You will collaborate crossfunctionally to ensure a seamless dayofoperations while proactively identifying opportunities to improve efficiency reduce disruptionrelated costs and strengthen customer trust and loyalty.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Strong senior leadership capabilities with a history of developing and empowering highperforming teams fostering a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous improvement.
- A demonstrated ability to communicate influence and engage effectively across all levels of management and bring multiple independent units together to achieve the optimum outcome for customers.
- Resilience decisiveness and calmness under pressure with the ability to lead through complexity and ambiguity while maintaining focus on strategic priorities and operational continuity.
- Commercial accumen and strong negotiation skills adept at managing multifaceted stakeholder interests and delivering optimal outcomes in dynamic highpressure environments.
