Job Description

Adelphi is seeking licensed Audiologists to provide hearing screenings evaluations and audiology services within a school district in St. Lucie County Florida. The ideal candidate will support student access to education by conducting assessments assisting with IEPs and collaborating with school teams.

Requirements:
Master s or Doctoral Degree (Au.D. in Audiology.
Florida Audiology License (Department of Health).
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCA) from ASHA preferred.
Level 2 background screening (Jessica Lunsford Act).
Experience with schoolaged children preferred.
Ability to travel between school sites.
Travel time between locations during work hours is billable at the hourly rate (no mileage reimbursement).

Responsibilities:
Conduct screenings and audiological evaluations per IDEA and District guidelines.
Provide evaluation reports for eligibility and IEP development.
Consult on hearing loss impact and assistive technology needs (e.g. FM systems).
Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality (FERPA).
Follow recognized best practices and District guidelines.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
