Job Description
Full Time Flex Security Officer Paid Weekly!

Location: Milwaukee WI
Pay:$21.00/hour
*Schedules set weekly or biweekly according to the needs in these areas!
The Flex Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients. This role requires flexibility in work hours locations and tasks to meet the needs of various assignments across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills be able to handle emergency situations and exhibit professionalism at all times. Typical Flex Officer Objectives:
- Provide security for shortterm special security assignments
- Support staffing requirements at accounts during shortages due to vacations calloffs no shows holidays etc.
- Assist in startups at new accounts which includes working the site & training newly assigned permanent Security Officers
- Weekend and holiday availability needed
- Provide high level customer service to our clients & their guests

Flex Officer Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma OR GED
- Standard computer and technology skills needed
- Must be able to multitask and work independently
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions
- Must have open work availability
- Previous security experience preferred
- Valid Drivers License and clear driving record required
All candidates must be able to pass a drug test & background check.
