Job Summary:
We are a dynamic and rapidly growing logistics company seeking a highly motivated and resultsoriented Field Sales Executive to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual with a proven track record in freight forwarding sales to contribute to our growth significantly. The ideal candidate will be a hunter passionate about building relationships and exceeding targets with a strong expectation of generating 3X business. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities developing and maintaining client relationships and promoting our comprehensive suite of freight forwarding services.
- Responsibilities:
- Drive aggressive business development efforts in the freight forwarding industry with a focus on achieving 3X revenue growth through lead generation and targeted outreach.
- Identify qualify and engage potential clients via market research cold calling networking and industry events to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals clearly communicating service value propositions and customizing solutions to client needs.
- Negotiate profitable contracts and service agreements ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships and longterm business growth.
- Manage and grow client accounts ensuring high satisfaction through collaboration with internal teams (operations customer service pricing) for seamless .
- Track industry trends maintain accurate sales records and report on performance metrics consistently exceeding sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Logistics or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding sales with a documented history of exceeding targets.
- Proven ability to generate 3X business and a strong understanding of the sales cycle within the freight forwarding industry.
- Extensive knowledge of freight forwarding services including air sea and land transportation customs brokerage and warehousing.
- Established network of contacts and relationships within the logistics and supply chain industry.
- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
