We have an exciting new opportunity available for an HR Advisor to join our HR Business Partnering team in NSW. This role will be a 12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT. The role will work from both our Revesby NSW and Banksmeadow NSW sites.
This will be a generalist role supporting team members at our NSW sites with:
- HR advice and support
- Industrial and Employment relations issues
- Performance management
- Investigations
- HR systems
- Recruitment and selection
- Training and development

Specifically for this role we expect you will have;
- Experience in an HR generalist role ideally working in manufacturing
- Experience working in a unionised environment
- Sounds knowledge of HR methodologies and practices
- Strong relationship building experience
