One of Cushman & Wakefields top MultiMarket teams is seeking a selfmotivated innovative Business Development Analyst to drive growth initiatives and expand our client portfolio. This position offers the opportunity to engage with Fortune 2000 executives while supporting a highperforming team of real estate professionals.Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and market research
- Conduct outreach to Clevel executives at Fortune 2000 companies via phone calls and other effective communication channels
- Develop compelling value propositions tailored to potential clients specific real estate needs
- Utilize technical tools and data analytics to identify potential leads and market trends
- Coordinate with senior team members to create customized business development strategies
- Track and report on prospecting activities and conversion metrics
- Support the preparation of presentations and proposals for prospective clients
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree preferred but not required
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Comfortable with phone outreach and other business development communication methods
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with CRM systems and data analysis tools
- Real estate license is a plus
- Selfstarter mentality with ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
