- Actively lead the Corporate segments financial and administrative activities being manage and coordinate with all group required arrangements
- Defines precisely guest requirements and ensures that the guest services offered corresponds effectively to their requests
- Provides after-sales service and in particular to ensure all guests complaints are taken seriously and discussed with the respective departments if necessary. Ensures that all complaints have initiated follow-up action
- Negotiates prices with the clients
- Sales Manager is familiar with the operation and application of the hotels computer/data processing system
Qualifications :
- Experience within similar role as Assistant / Sales Manager at Hospitality Industry
- Good communications skills both written and verbal in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong knowledge of Opera & Microsoft Office
