TITLE:Technology CoordinatorREPORTS TO:Head of SchoolCLASSIFICATION:FullTime/Exempt/FullYear (Starting July 1 2025)The Saint Philomena School of the Sacred Heart Technology Coordinator is primarily responsible for the development implementation operation monitoring and maintenance of the technology program educational and operational platforms campus infrastructure and fleet of technology assets. The coordinator helps to ensure that the schools faculty staff and students have the tools support and ongoing training to access and successfully utilize technology to advance the educational program and operation of the school. Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Ensures successful and ontime operation of all technology related aspects of the schools operationCoordinates school IT consulting services and vendorsMaintains accurate uptodate and easily accessible/shared inventory of all technology devices on campus as well as asset management plansSuccessfully manages the schools onetoone and classroom Chromebook program inclusive of coordinating damage response annual collection/distribution and updatesDevelops coordinates provides and evaluates professional development and student educational programming/support related to technology educational platforms and overall school expectations/safetyFacilitates planning and implementation of campus networks and maintains all infrastructure and coordination with contracted network engineersMaintains and coordinates technology/educational platforms as directed by school administrationWorks with school faculty and staff to evaluate and plan for new technologies and platforms that advance the educational program and the operations of the schoolSupports school staff and parents in the operation of instructional and administrative technology platforms devices and systemsAssists with integration of technology into the instructional program and school events/activitiesPlans develops and provides successful staff development programs and activities to advance employee understanding use and engagement of technology devices and school platformsMaintains school technology safeguards protections and platforms that ensure the school technological securityWorks with the Director of Finance during school audit to ensure school technological security compliance through technology auditCoordinates school vendor relationships related to technology as approved by the school administration Implement technology related electives once a week for grade 35/68 and 2 afterschool technology activitiesPerforms other duties as assigned by the school administrationInterested applicants apply to:Brian Cordeiro Head of
