What you will do:
The Auction Coordinator / Auction Support Professional is taking care of our Auctions in Poland in the continental region. In this role you will manage the preauction process that resonate with our buying and selling customers. Youll work closely with Project Management sales and Customer Service to ensure a smooth process.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for sellers via phone email and internal platforms.
Plan and coordinate auction events including KYC verification viewing days delivery days and the post-sale process.
Manage auction-related documentation and ensure accuracy in lots with reserve prices proceeds and payment status.
Collaborate closely with Site Managers Project Managers Sales Customer Service and Accounting.
Provide administrative support such as data uploads translation travel booking and internal coordination.
Assist with claim management settlement applications and logistical tasks on delivery days.
Identify process improvements and proactively support clients and colleagues in solving operational issues.
What you bring:
- Relevant work experience as a Merchant or Sales Assistant in combination with vocational education
- Native polish good English both spoken and written; additional European language skills are a plus
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent planning and organizational abilities
- Experience in process optimization and use of IT systems
- Strategic mindset with the ability to plan ahead and anticipate trends
- A customer satisfaction-oriented approach with a proactive attitude
